These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, custom orders, workshop bookings, and other services provided by Arts By Ash through artsbyash.com.
Orders & Custom Work
Many Arts By Ash products are handmade or customized. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, wording, sizes, colours, dates, images, and other project details.
We may contact you if clarification is required before work begins.
Small variations may occur in handmade products, wood grain, paint, engraving, printing, colours, placement, or other materials. These natural or production-related variations are not normally considered defects.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Custom-project pricing may vary depending on size, materials, design complexity, personalization, and other requirements.
We may provide a quote before beginning custom work.
Payments
Available payment methods may include e-transfer and other payment methods offered through the website.
Orders or workshop reservations may not be considered confirmed until any required payment or deposit has been received.
Workshop Bookings
A $20 deposit per participant is required to confirm a workshop reservation.
Workshop spots may be held for up to 24 hours while awaiting the deposit. If payment is not received, the reservation may be cancelled and the spots reopened.
The remaining workshop balance is normally paid in person.
Registration generally closes 8 days before the workshop, and project details should normally be submitted at least 5 days before the workshop.
Arts By Ash may cancel or reschedule a workshop if attendance is too low or circumstances require it. If we cancel, deposits may be refunded or transferred to another workshop.
Private Classes
Private classes are arranged based on availability, group size, location, project type, and other requirements.
Private whole-class bookings generally require a minimum of 8 participants, unless otherwise agreed.
Travel or setup fees may apply to off-site classes.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Refunds, returns, workshop cancellations, and custom-order cancellations are subject to our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy.
Custom or personalized products may be final sale once production has begun.
Customer-Supplied Content
By providing photos, logos, wording, artwork, or other materials, you confirm that you have permission to use them for your requested project.
Arts By Ash may refuse requests that we cannot reasonably produce or that involve content we do not wish to reproduce.
Website Information
We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, workshop information, and other website content accurate. Errors may occasionally occur.
We may correct errors or update information when necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Arts By Ash is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delays, unavailable products, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our products, services, website, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page.
