How Custom Orders Work

  1. Tell us what you have in mind. Send the size, wording, colours, style and any inspiration photos you have.
  2. We’ll work out the details. We may ask a few questions and suggest options based on your idea.
  3. Approve your quote and design. Pricing depends on the materials, size and complexity of the project.
  4. We make it. Once everything is approved, your project goes into production.
  5. Pickup or delivery arrangements are confirmed.

Custom work is quoted individually because materials, size and design time can vary. Turnaround time will depend on the project and current workload.

If you are unsure whether something can be made, send the idea anyway. We can usually tell you what is possible and suggest alternatives when needed.
